Tech Tuesday: The Digital Service Tax

The French Government has approved a digital service tax, arguing that tech giants located outside the country pay little or no tax.

The percent tax will be levied on sales generated in France by multinational firms such as Google and Facebook.

However, the US administration has ordered an inquiry into the move, which could result in retaliatory tariffs.
